More than 50 per cent of all available exhibition space is now booked – with many of the reservations being repeat bookings from the inaugural show in Coventry at the end of 2010.
Along with industry body OFTEC, Kingspan Environmental, Parts Center/Plumb Center, Worcester Bosch, Harlequin, Warmflow, and Riello, have all chosen to sponsor the national exhibition, and many other businesses have already booked their space at Manchester Central. These include such names as Testo Ltd, EOGB and Mitsubishi Electric.
Other well-known names from the renewable energy and oil heating sectors are about to announce their participation in what is likely to become the most important event of the year for manufacturers, installers, specifiers and consumers embarking on renovation or self-build projects.
Exhibition director, Jonathan Hibbert said: “We are delighted to welcome aboard such a distinguished group of big names as sponsors and exhibitors. Their support, so early in the planning stages, is testament to the show’s national significance.
“Many of the bookings have come from companies who benefited from exhibiting at the first show of its type held in Coventry in 2010. More than half the space for this year’s show is already reserved, and we are answering enquiries from potential exhibitors on a daily basis.
“Our show is borne out of technologies working hand in hand to achieve energy efficiency, and, without doubt, it will be the most important event on this year’s calendar for everyone involved in the specifying and installation of renewables and oil heating.”
He added: “Combined with the exhibition will be an impressive seminars programme, bringing together some of the industry’s most influential, high-profile speakers. OFTEC is also using the event as the perfect opportunity to hold its long-established annual awards Gala Dinner.”
