The Midlands-based organisation recently opened its New World Home Energy Centre, a showroom built to demonstrate the latest energy saving technologies, as well as provide practical advice to business clients, prospective customers and members of the public.
Vaillant says it has been fundamental to the project by providing expertise and an extensive range of technologies for the showroom and workshops. Products include air to air and air to water heat pumps, and solar thermal.
The six-figure investment in the New World Home Energy Centre has also meant the development of one of the first retrofitted commercial buildings in the UK to achieve an A-rating for energy performance.
Colin Strong, technical director at New World Solar, said: “Our aim of the show room is to provide customers with a whole-house energy efficiency solution and, with the onset of the Green Deal; the energy-efficient technologies we offer will become increasingly more important”
“We have made a significant investment in the New World Home Energy Centre so it’s great to have the support of a well-respected brand like Vaillant.
“Vaillant is a manufacturer that we have worked in partnership with for a number of years. Not only does Vaillant provide excellent support, we can also be sure of the quality, reliability and performance of their products.”
Mark Derbyshire, commercial director at Vaillant, added: “Both businesses and consumers are eager for more information and clarity around renewables, and projects like the New World Home Energy Centre are vital in providing this”.
“It is also essential for brands like Vaillant to get behind projects like these. We applaud New World Solar for their investment in offering customers an excellent facility to explore emerging technologies, get expert advice and hands-on experience.”
