The exhibitions, which take place at six venues across the country throughout September, aim to provide a wealth of expertise for installers – leaving them with an understanding of exactly how energy saving solutions can boost their business.
These solutions include renewable technology like heat pumps, which is the subject of a brand new visitor attraction called Hands-on Heat Pumps. Visitors will also be able to attend Plumb Center presentations and learn about how the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and Green Deal.
Earlier this year the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) announced the tariffs for RHI. Plumb Center’s head of sustainability Tim Pollard will be Making Renewable Do-able, when he gives a presentation at the Exhibitions’ RHI Theatre on how businesses can profit from the scheme.
Of course, householders need to have a Green Deal Assessment to qualify for RHI. Plumb Center’s sales & events manager, Kate Gilbert, will present Green Deal and Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) made easy, which will help installers every step of the way. It can be seen at the Green Deal Theatre, outlining PlumbCenter’s accredited Green Deal advisor course and how it provides all the knowledge to set installers on their way to another successful revenue stream.
Plumb Center will also be demonstrating how its bespoke software package makes completion of a Green Deal assessment simple, recommending the specific package of energy efficient measures. So be sure to register for your free tickets at http://energyefficiencyexhibitions.co.uk/register/ .
