Stiebel Eltron UK says the packs will simplify the specification and purchase process for installers looking to use the company’s products.
In total, there are eight installer packs covering its WPL 15 AS and WPL 25 AS inverter air I water heat pumps.
The packs set out to answer many of the questions the company asks installers when they are selecting the best products for a project including:
- How much heat does the building need?
- Underfloor heating throughout or other emitters such as radiators or fan coils?
- How many bathrooms does the property have?
- Would you like integrated controls, pump and expansion vessel?
Mark McManus, Stiebel Eltron UK managing director, said: “We are constantly looking to enhance the service we provide to our network of installers across the UK and our newly launched installer packs for air source heat pumps are the latest innovation.
“We are aware that we have many products in the market and one of our responsibilities as a manufacturer is to make it as simple as possible for installers to find the right products for specific projects.
“Our service to installers also includes the opportunity to learn more about our products and what they can do at our dedicated training centre, while we also provide a free system design service.”
