The Underfloor Heating Store is an online retailer set up in 2008 by brothers Michael and Steven Lewis, and was named in the 2013 Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 for Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.
The company will become part of Travis Perkins’ Sustainable Building Solutions business alongside existing business Solfex.
Michael and Steven will remain with the Company following the transaction.
