With the Green Homes Grant website still referring to rules under the 3 Tier system, Renewable Energy Installer sought clarification and have been advised as of 9am 5 January that:
‘So long as there is consent from both parties [tradesperson and homeowner] and that safe working procedures are adhered to, work can continue as planned.’
