Andersen’s in-house EV charge point installation service earns Which? Trusted Trader status

Andersen, the design-led brand that hand builds bespoke EV charge points for the home, has gained Which? Trusted Trader status for its installation service.

The Which? Trusted Trader scheme provides independent verification that a trader is reputable and has attained the highest standards during a rigorous assessment process.

Andersen is the only home charge point provider with its own in-house team of fully trained expert installers who all drive electric vehicles. As well as being skilled in fitting charge points, the installers are trained to provide customers with additional guidance on the EV lifestyle, including how to get the most from each charging activity, the best time to charge, how to preserve battery life and how to integrate with solar charging.

Building consumer trust

Customer experience is paramount to the Andersen brand, and a lifetime Concierge Service enhances customer trust in the brand and its products.

David Martell, CEO of Andersen, said: “Andersen customers expect the very best, and as a Which? Trusted Trader, we have independent verification that our installation service is one of the very best available. From the first point of contact, through installation and for the duration of ownership, our Concierge Service is available to make the transition to electrification as simple as possible.”

Raj Kakar-Clayton, Managing Director of Which?, added: “Installing a home charging point for an electric car or van can help people to live more sustainably but also save significant money over time. At Which? Trusted Traders, we’re committed to raising industry standards and to helping people adopt more sustainable practices. We aim to work together with our partners to support consumers in making well informed and beneficial choices in this sector.

“In recognising Andersen EV as an Approved Service, we also meet our core purpose of helping to guide consumers towards a trader they can trust with regard to at-home EV charging.”
