The HAUS build
The HAUS will be constructed using NBS’s ADEPT integrated and demountable modular system, allowing it to be built in just three days.
The system’s design prioritises circularity, enabling the structure to be disassembled and reused without causing damage.
What’s next for The HAUS?
After InstallerSHOW, The HAUS will move to the University of Suffolk as a case study to test its energy performance.
It is expected to serve as a pilot for sustainable developments with local authorities and commercial developers, with a social housing project already lined up for potential implementation.
The design will incorporate local housing styles to ensure it fits seamlessly within traditional communities.
