Recognised for its dedication to employee care, Ideal Heating now advances to the national finals in London this January.
The company’s Wellbeing Charter outlines its commitment to creating a supportive work environment, including a recent £1.9 million investment in facilities at its Hull headquarters.
The upgrades included new kitchen areas, an outdoor space, and a multi-faith prayer room. Ideal Heating also offers health checks, counselling, physiotherapy, and mental health first aid training to promote physical and mental wellbeing for all team members.
Financial wellbeing support
Ideal Heating has also introduced a monthly financial wellbeing update, providing employees with information on topics such as pension planning and savings tips to support financial security for staff and their families.
