A heating installer’s story of working with Vaillant

Vaillant is further strengthening its support for heating installers, saying it recognises them as the backbone of the industry.

Vaillant for Life reinforces the business’ commitment to the installer community, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to succeed in an evolving market. 

 As part of this new Vaillant for Life approach, the business has spoken to some of its loyal installers across the country to find out what is important to them, not only in business, but how the right support can enrich their personal life too.

One of the first installers is Ben Clarke, owner of CL Plumbing & Heating Solutions. Ben was first introduced to Vaillant back in 2020 and hasn’t looked back since.

After completing his apprenticeship and accreditation, he started his own business. “Once I got qualified and Gas Safe, I tried a few different boilers until I eventually fitted a customer with a Vaillant model. Within a day, I signed up to Vaillant Advance,” Ben said. 

With the training received, he’s grown his business even further, opening up new markets with the help of his area sales manager. 

“I definitely wouldn’t have taken on the jobs we’re doing now and have coming up, if I didn’t have the support in the background that I know I can get from Vaillant. I wouldn’t have really had the confidence to take on huge projects, such as installing an air source heat pump,” he added.

Vaillant for Life will focus on how its services can help installers throughout the duration of their career, business and development changes within the industry, enhancing their business and personal wellbeing.
