The first course is planned to take place on 22nd January 2014 at Danfoss’ School of Heat Pump Technology in Sheffield.
Completely free of charge, the HP1 course gives an introduction to heat pumps and is designed to equip attendees with a basic knowledge of heat pump technology, systems and applications. The only eligibility criteria is that each delegate must be experienced in working for at least 12 months in the plumbing, heating or a related trade.

It is aimed mainly at plumbers and heating engineers who may be looking to extend their skills and take advantage of the anticipated growth in renewable energy in 2014 and beyond.
