Alex has over 20 years of experience working in HR and specialises in supporting growing businesses by developing high-performing teams and attracting talent aligned with business strategy.
Alex built her career following her degree in Human Resources Management and her Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification.
Before founding and successfully running the HR Consultancy Mitchell HR, Alex had over five years of experience as HR Director for the FTSE 250 company Regus (UK) Ltd. Her career covers the full ‘people’ function across a variety of industries and at different stages of growth, which gives her a unique perspective of the opportunities and challenges that scaling businesses can face.

As Naked Energy continues its rapid global expansion this year, Alex’s expertise will ensure the business grows strategically to support its mission to change energy for good.
