With ambitions to become the UK’s top energy efficiency installer, the company is looking to fill various roles nationwide due to substantial contract wins and rising demand for energy efficiency solutions.
From a humble beginning of 7 employees, SCIS Group has ballooned to over 200 in just six years and aims to triple its leadership and operative team.
The recruitment campaign will target roles such as insulation supervisors, technical monitoring inspectors, administrator managers, and 70 installers, including renewable engineers, technicians, and insulation installers. These positions will be available across the UK, including Devon, Liverpool, and Fareham.
Working closely with the Big 6 energy suppliers and having secured multimillion-pound funding for GBIS-eligible homes, SCIS Group is set to enhance energy efficiency for thousands across the Southwest and other regions in England and Wales.

Additionally, the company’s renewable energy division, Cotswold Energy Group, seeks experienced ASHP engineers and solar technicians keen to nurture talent for the renewable energy sector through extensive training and development opportunities.
