If you haven’t attended today, there is still time to grab the opportunity! Organised by Fully Charged, the world’s leading home energy and electric vehicle channel founded and hosted by actor and presenter Robert Llewellyn, Everything Electric South is taking place at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre and runs until this Sunday – the 13th October.
Baxi can be found on stand J20, showcasing its sustainable living solutions, in line with the organisers’ vision to support mainstream adoption of low-carbon solutions.
Offering expert advice on heating solutions, featured product demonstrations, and support with training and sales, Baxi is also inviting construction and housebuilding companies from across the southern region to explore the variety of low carbon heating and hot water solutions available to them. This comes as organisations building new homes must continue to consider sustainable solutions such as heat pumps to meet the requirements of the Future Homes Standard 2025.
Providing a perspective on both the internal and external elements of a heat pump solution, Baxi will also be showcasing its prefabricated understairs heating solution. Housebuilders and developers in the South of England can see first-hand how they could easily integrate an air source heat pump solution, which is available via Travis Perkins’ WholeHouse® digital house design platform. This industry-first platform allows smaller regional housebuilders and developers across the UK to plan and design a complete, bespoke digital model of a house before beginning construction.
Everything Electric visitors keen to explore heat pump technology will also be treated to a preview of the upcoming high heat R290 Air Source Heat Pump.
The event has already enjoyed seeing Baxi’s George Linder, Product Team Manager – Residential, take part in a panel event entitled Electrification of Heat Technologies vs Heat Pumps? providing an opportunity for housebuilders and developers to hear about available solutions and ask the experts what will work best for their properties.
What’s holding us back?
Baxi’s Laetitia Mace, Residential Air Source Heat Pump Manager, will also participate in a topical panel discussion. Taking place on 13th October, the session is entitled The state of play with the UK Heat Pump roll out. What’s holding us back? and Laetitia will be sharing further thoughts on this subject in the January issue of Renewable Energy Installer.
Laetitia commented: “Everything Electric South Show is the perfect opportunity for homeowners to understand the options available to seamlessly move towards sustainable energy. Heating accounts for about one third of the UK’s annual carbon footprint. To protect our planet, we all have a role to play.
“Baxi offers a wide range of solutions to suit all types of homes. Our expert team are looking forward to having important conversations, dispelling confusing myths on our stand J20. We are very excited to showcase our heating and hot water propositions, designed for the sustainable future.”
