Generation meter placement and FiTs

Following discussions with Energy UK and the FiT Licensees, MCS has been made aware of an issue surrounding the placement of generation meters for FiTs eligible installations During the two yearly physical meter reads carried out by the FiT Licensees it has become apparent that a large number of generation meters have been installed in loft spaces which would be considered a non-conformity against the MCS installation standard MIS 3002.
